We only collect data you voluntarily provide via the site's forms:

• Visit request: name, email, phone, visit mode, preferred date, free message, property reference.
• Valuation request: name, email, phone, property characteristics (type, city, address, area, year, energy class), free message.
• Contact form: name, email, phone, subject, message.

We do not collect any data without your knowledge. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are used.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• respond to your request (visit, valuation, contact);
• send you a commercial proposal if you wish;
